CHIVAS RESIDENCY
MUSIC VIDEOS | SOCIAL | INTERVIEW SERIES
TRUSTED BY THE BEST. HERE’S A SNAPSHOT.
Bringing together four rising music talents (circa. 5K – 15K IG followers) from Mexico, Nigeria, Colombia and the UK and across the rap, hiphop, grime and afro-beat worlds, Chivas in partnership with Independent Culture provided funding for each talent to deliver multiple music videos. Supported across Chivas’ global social channels via artist interviews and BTS content Chivas ensured that each artist would gain additional and significant visibility across this body of work.
Delivering 30+ pieces of content, over 4 million views and a global reach of 200 million, Independent Culture delivered the strategy, artist selection and production, right through to contracting and invoicing.
Above you’ve got a little clip of us on set for the Infamousizak ‘Badda’ music video.
HIGHSNOBIETY X MEN’S PFW

LUNO X KOKO X JIANBO

Blockchain rockin’ beats. No this isn’t a crypto remix of Chemical Brothers 1997 hit…
You wouldn’t always place crypto and music together but in many instances, the success of crypto has been enormously impactful to artists who dipped their toes into what was once an unknown beast.
As part of a broader series, celebrating how arts and crypto can come together, hosted by the legendary KOKO in London’s Camden, we brought in Independent Culture favourite, Jianbo in to tell his story.
Shot exclusively in KOKO, we oversaw everything from talent scouting, production, content, music rights, and contracting bringing together a compelling story of who Jianbo is, his ambitions, and of course one of his legendary performances to the club.
Highsnobiety’s ‘Not In Paris’ event is legendary and bringing together luxury fashion and party music is the premise. Partnering with the most culturally relevant of venues, Dover Street Market’s Paris flagship store, 3537, we brought over 3,000 people across the evening party to the sounds of D33J, Skinny Macho and Lil Silva, alongside their wealth of crew from the music and fashion worlds.
Beyond this, consumers of Highsnobiety and Dover Street Market had access to an exclusive capsule of limited edition merch that was available to purchase on the day, including croissant bags, egg cups and your more typical t-shirts and hoodies.
Live DJ sets, event production, social content and editorial features kept us busy but as you can see from the video above, we had a lot of fun doing it.
TUNECORE X OFFIE MAG
BOOKINGS | PRODUCTION | SOCIAL | PERFORMANCE
This was one of our absolute favourites. Offie Mag, the coolest music media print publication orginating from Brighton and sold globally have always been about fighting the good fight. That underground music scenes deserve all the attention they can get.
Tunecore, a digital distribution platform owned by independent music champions, Believe, is designed to help independent musicians big and small get their music out to the world across all platforms and not take a penny of royalties in the process.
So when we talk about a match made in heaven, this is probably as close as it gets.
A panel highlighting the importance of independent music, hosted by Offie Mag’s editior-in-chief, featuring Tunecore’s MD and three independent artists got the debate going, followed by incredible performances of all. Beyond the event, Tunecore offered discounted memberships and we sold out of the lot within a week, showcasing the authenticity of the partnership.
